Shield is now a Recognised Service Provider proudly working with the Living Wage Foundation to promote the real Living Wage.

In addition to commercial bids we will always provide a Living Wage costed bid reflecting the real Living Wage, current £10.55 per hour in London and £9.00 per hour across the remainder of the UK.  This will enable our potential Clients to decide if the Living Wage is right for their organisation.
