Prior to co-founding Shield with business partner Robin Pritchard, Malcolm worked in the property sector where he was experienced at senior level in project management, taking direct responsibility for major joint venture property development projects. Since inception, he has been committed to implementing a working plan to establish Shield as a major force in the industry and is responsible for the strategic direction of the Company.
Appointed in 2009. Kenneth is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and has held senior positions in the oil and gas industry including W.R Grace & Co., Champlin Petroleum Co., Deminex UK and IEDC Services UK Ltd. He now has a consultancy business within the industry.
Martin was appointed Company Secretary at inception and provides the Company with financial advice and accountancy services.
Lisa joined the Company in August 1998 as a Cleaning Supervisor. With previous experience in the industry she soon worked her way through the ranks to her present position. She is NVQ qualified in Cleaning Building Interiors and an RSA NVQ Assessor. She has also achieved a NEBOSH National General Certificate in Health & Safety. Lisa is responsible for staff training and is also the Company’s Health & Safety Manager.
Marion has worked in the cleaning industry for many years and joined the Group in 2004 as an Area Manager. In her current position as Regional Manager, Marion provides support to all Area Managers ensuring best practice and general compliance on all sites at all times.
Alison joined the Company in 1998 and is our longest serving Manager. She is highly skilled in all aspects of cleaning and customer service and is an irreplaceable member of our service team.
Arek TUPE transferred to the Company in 2009 and brought with him a wealth of cleaning qualifications and general expertise. He has developed his role in West London and is highly competent at recruiting and training new employees.
Prior to joining the Company in 2015, Paul was self employed in the industry and was a preferred sub-contractor. He works closely with his Client’s and cleaning staff to ensure that we deliver the best possible service at all times.
Dean was a Site Manager working in a Primary School before joining the Company in 2018. His experience has helped him develop strong relationships with his Clients in Central and East London.
Lee is a highly experienced Cleaning/Facilities Manager. He joined the Company in July 2020 at the height of the Pandemic! In a very short period of time his friendly approach and management skills have proved invaluable to his Client’s across the South Coast.
Prior to joining the Company in October 2020 Ben was an Operations Manager for a City based Recruitment Company. He has approached his new role with a real passion that can be clearly seen in the results that he is achieving.
